In this industry keeping pace with changing tastes and trends is a must and resulted in an exciting new menu which launched in The Estate Grill earlier this month.
Executive Chef, Marc Hardiman, has created an innovative menu with a more relaxed and informal feel. Marc loves eating out and experiencing different food and dining concepts whether in the UK or across Europe and this has been his inspiration for the new menu. Most of the dishes are smaller plates designed to give diners the opportunity to try more things and share dishes if they wish. Dishes are brought to the table to be enjoyed informally in an almost “grazing” or tapas style, sometimes by the chef who cooked it. Marc suggests ordering two or three dishes per person but it's entirely up to the diner and they can order more as they go along to suit all appetites. The concept is very relaxed and flexible and if you are dining alone or just fancy sitting at a bar, food can now be served at The Estate Grill Bar or at the table in this area. We still use the finest ingredients of course, many of which are grown on the estate and hand picked by the chefs daily.
Choose from meat, fish and vegetarian dishes plus, of course, sweet treats....here are a few dishes that might well get those taste buds tingling....
