Wine Dinner with Chapoutier Wines

Chapoutier has been producing wine in the Rhone Valley having been passed from father to son since it was established in 1808 by Polydor Chapoutier. It’s current “custodian” Michel took over in the late 1970s bringing a new momentum to the company which now produces the most diverse and complex wines in the northern Rhone. Michel is passionate and opinionated about wines and the pairing of food and wine is very much central to his approach.

Now one of the most highly recognised biodynamic wine producers in the world, M. Chapoutier produces some of the greatest wines: Hermitage, Côte Rôtie, Chateauneuf du Pape, Saint-Joseph, Crozes Hermitage and Luberon.
