Executive Chef, Marc Hardiman and his talented brigade have created a mouth watering selection of dishes. We offer menus that reflect the seasons using locally sourced produce where possible. However, if there is a particular dish that you have in mind and it is not featured on our menus please do speak with your wedding co-ordinator.
Children, special diets and vegetarians can, of course, be catered for.
