At Great Fosters this summer we’ve the perfect way to keep your delegates cool, calm and collected.
In addition to some sizzling meeting rates we are also pleased to include some seasonal goodies within our delegate packages.
Summer Success Day Delegate Package
- Fresh fruit platter on arrival
- Ice creams during your afternoon break
- Use of our heated outdoor swimming pool until 6pm
- Alfresco dining at lunchtime
Summer Success 24 Hour Package
Continue your meeting into the evening and stay overnight at the hotel and we offer the option of:
- Swapping dinner for a hog roast or barbeque (minimum of 15 guests requried for a hog roast)

Country Pusuits at Great Fosters
Following your day of meetings why not enjoy the historic grounds of Great Fosters and some country pursuits with your colleagues adn add on the following for the special rate of only £70 per person (based on a minimum of 15 guests). In conjunction with Firebird Events choose one of the activities below.
- Archery.Have a go at this medieval hand to eye coordination sport, and allow your instructor to turn you into the next Robin Hood or Maid Marion! All bows used are approximately 25 pounds recurve which are suitable for ladies and gents.
- Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting.Using de-activated 12 bore shotguns fitted with laser technology, the laser system is extremely accurate, and calculates your reaction time enabling a variety of different challenges. The activity can involve up to five participants at any time and an electronic scoreboard keeps tally.
Alternatively up-grade your 24 hourrate to the Country Pursuit Package for £325 per person and receive one of the above activities plus a complimentary summer cocktail and canapé reception prior to dinner.
