Simon Bolsover joined Great Fosters in February this year coming from the Midlands to pursue his career in the south. His passion for seasonal produce dominates his menus throughout the year.
Simon has managed to build a brigade of talented chefs around his enthusiasm and beliefs. His progressive career has led him to Canada and the exclusive Cambridge Beaches in Bermuda, whilst his career in England dictates experience from the likes of Linthwaite House Hotel from which he gained three rosettes, Hartwell House, Ston Easton Park and Le Manoir aux Quat Saisons.
Simon’s passion now lies within the beautiful Surrey landscape and the quality and diversity the south of England has to offer. His aspirations for his future at Great Fosters are to improve on the quality and consistency of both the restaurant and banqueting food and to gain a third rosette for the highly acclaimed Oak Room.
