Tapestry Room

The Tapestry Room
This distinguished yet welcoming room is famed for the early 17th century Flemish tapestries which adorn the walls. The ceiling displays the Percy family crest and an enchanting carved stone mantelpiece depicts the story of Adam and Eve and is believed to date from 1600. In addition there is a masterful chimneypiece and an elegant overmantel, which displays carvings of Ratio, Veritas and Victoria. The large bathroom features a traditional Victorian roll top bath and a double shower.

	The Italian Room The Italian Room, rich with gilt Italianate furniture and damask-draped walls, also features quattrocento doors adorned with delicate plasterwork and painted panels.

	The Queen Anne Suite The Queen Anne Suite is situated on the first floor of the hotel. The suite has high ceilings, a luxurious four poster bed and a separate sitting room. The bathroom features a Victorian roll top bath with traditional shower above.

The Nursery Suite
The Nursery suite is situated on the second floor of the hotel and spans the width of the house. It has views over both the front and the extensive gardens to the rear. The bedroom has a king size bed and a separate large sitting room, which has a comfortable seating area, dining area and workspace. The Nursery can accommodate two children sleeping in the sitting room on fold out beds.
