The Tudor Room at Great Fosters - Menus

Head Chef, Shane Hughes has a passion for simple cookery with intense flavours. He is an avid forager and plans to gather some of his ingredients from the grounds of the hotel and local area. Other produce will be hand selected to ensure the best products from the finest suppliers, several of whom Shane has long standing relationships with. The new kitchen garden at Great Fosters will also play a major part in providing fresh, organic ingredients for the menu.
