We have a simple approach to food. Using outstanding ingredients, many grown on our estate, so freshly picked each morning and lovingly prepared....… we just add a splash of culinary flair and attentive service.
At lunchtime Executive Chef Marc Hardiman has created an innovative menu of smaller plates, allowing guests to order a variety of dishes brought to the table to eat informally, in an almost "grazing" style. Choose as few or as many as you like as a starter or a meal in itself. There is all an extensive selection of main courses, many cooked on a Josper gill and some mouthwatering desserts.
