Our very positive experience at Great Fosters was dominated by the considerable attention paid us by John Neagu, Guest Relations Manager. He seemed to be looking for ways to help us. His achievements on our behalf included facilitating the return of our Hertz rental (it was more complicated than you might think)… and investigating the reality of a promise made to me by American Airlines that there is a special American check-in facility at Heathrow for Business and First Class passengers. I’m also very glad we decided to arrive at Great Fosters early in the afternoon and were able to enjoy the impressive grounds and hotel amenities

Would you be so kind as to pass our thanks onto all of the staff who graciously made our stay at Great Fosters so very pleasant. All the staff – and we do mean every one that we dealt with – were excellent, being courteous, attentive (but not overly so, as can happen), and efficient. Everyone was very impressed by the facilities and the service that we received (and also with all the delicious food that kept coming!). We were looked after extremely well and nothing was too much trouble. Considering all the changes we had to make with our breaks on the day and with the numbers beforehand, the professionalism and courtesy we were extended was fantastic.
