A Taste of Summer Lunch

Once again, Rebecca from Lily’s Flowers will be joining us to demonstrate how to create the perfect English Country Garden ambience for outdoor entertaining. Rebecca’s inspiration will show you how to extend your home into the garden for a look that takes you through from day to evening whilst dining al fresco.
Simon, our Head Chef, will be doing one of his infamous cookery demonstrations and this time it’s “Sumptuous Soufflés”. He will show you how to create fabulous soufflés from scratch, using seasonal and home grown ingredients as well as explaining what can and will go wrong! The dishes will be extravagant, fresh and colourful and he plans to present both savoury and sweet soufflés plus share some of his secrets for gorgeous garnish and how to present your finished dish.
Arrive from 10.30am for coffee and cookies prior to the demonstrations staring at 11am.
Guests attending this event are welcome to use the pool during the afternoon until 5pm.
